Balanced and elegant Malbec, with a deep ruby red color with violet tones. On the nose, black fruits are perceived, standing out plum and cherry, with a subtle floral note that completes this unique aromatic palette. Intense entry, with good volume and velvety tannins. It was combined with 10% Bonarda that gives it softness and freshness. They complement smoky and caramel notes provided by its 10-month aging in oak.

Red meats such as rib eye or braised rump heart. 
Fresh pasta with spicy sauces. 
Hard cheeses.
