Maximum expression of Cafayateño Cabernet, it is presented spicy and elegant. Garnet red in color with ruby highlights. Spicy nose with characteristic notes of peppers, typical of the region. They complement delicate notes of red fruits and cassis. Aromas of chocolate and coffee are perceived, product of its passage through oak. Great structure and impressive volume on the palate, with round, sweet and ripe tannins, the result of its combination with a touch of Tannat.
Pairing
Asado criollo or grilled red meats. 
Stewed with spices. 
Lamb ravioli with arrabiatta.
